The Nest Update...

I checked the nest today. Both parents were away but there were two eaglets there eagerly waiting for them to return with lunch...

Lake Erie...

Well it's only the beginning of June and the algae is already starting to choke up the lake.There has been hardly any wind for the last couple of days. Hopefully the SW wind will pick up soon and blow all this muck away...
 

The Nest...

 Living next door to a Provincial Park certainly has its rewards. Walking through the woods recently I came across "The Nest". It is large and very high up in a pine tree. This is the best shot I have managed to get so far...
