As yesterday was the first "Official Day of Winter", and also pretty mild, I took the SUP out for a spin in the Lake. Conditions were perfect for cruising along the shoreline. This is a really fun way to get out and keep in shape during the winter months. Get rid of some of that extra weight caused by too many Turkey Dinners over the Holidays and have fun at the same time.
